TEAM COACHING

Coaches cannot do it all. They cannot be all things to their players:

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Nutritionist

Medical Expert

Chaplain/Confidant

Academic Advisor

When it comes to the mental game, players often feel trapped. They don't have someone to process the mental struggles related to performance.

They avoid going to their coach (as they feel it could influence playing time).

At times they will open up in a close relationship, but that person lacks the strategies and skillset to help them overcome their challenges.

As a result, they either struggle in silence or lack the tools and their performance continues to suffer.  While every coach can (and should) do things to implement mental excellence into their program, having someone to help build this into their program and support each individual athlete frees them to focus on helping the team reach their goals.

Budget constraints? There are many ways to meet the budget of your program.

Help your athletes develop skills in mental excellence.

Learn practical and proven strategies in areas of confidence, negative self-talk, focus, discipline, routines and habits, mental imagery, and more.

Give your program the edge over the competition.

Give your athletes what they need to reach new levels in their game.

Attract more recruits by letting them know you invest in a mental performance coach to work directly with them and the team.
